Our two historic estates sleep up to 20 overnight guests and can host events of up to 200. With 6.5 acres of manicured grounds, four outbuildings, and two river docks along the Pawcatuck River, the property offers flexible spaces that can be shaped to fit your vision.
Our professional staff is dedicated to personalized service, attentive to every detail so you and your guests can relax and enjoy the day. We also partner with trusted local caterers who create customized menus featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful presentation.

Planning Your Event
Guest Rooms
Hosting an event on the grounds includes all ten guest rooms, with a three-night minimum. Rooms sleep up to 20 guests, two per room.
Guest Numbers
The Inn can host events of up to 200 guests. Events with more than 52 people require a one-time special use permit from the town of Westerly. The town allows us ten of these events a year and no more than two in any month, so we recommend confirming your date early.
Tents and Setup
Tents are placed in one of three designated fields on the property, agreed before signing. The maximum tent size is 45 feet by 125 feet. Restroom trailers are required for events over 52 people and must come from our approved vendor list.
Catering and Bar
Food catering is provided by one of our preferred vendors, and beverage service is arranged through your caterer. Outside liquor is not permitted during catered events.
Music and Timing
Music is limited to 60 decibels until 10pm. After that, non-amplified music only, ending at 10:30pm. Receptions end at 10:30pm, when guests not staying at the Inn will head home. There are no after-parties on the property.
Parking
The back field holds up to 60 cars, including vendor vehicles. For events over 70 guests, we ask that you arrange a trolley. The town of Westerly does not allow on-street parking.
